Omni-Stance
Filers

Put your receivables on record.

Filers record their invoices in the directory, send notices to the businesses that owe them, and keep a documented history of every response. Records can then be made available to approved funding firms for review.

What filers do
01

Record invoices

Add each invoice with its amount, dates, account debtor, and supporting documents. Every record gets an append-only history.

02

Send notices

Recipients look up the record by the invoice number on your notice and acknowledge it, dispute it, or ask for more information. Each response is logged with a confirmation number.

03

Link filings

Reference the UCC-1 financing statements that cover your receivables, with the filing office and a link to verify each one.

04

Choose who sees what

Decide record by record which records approved funding firms can review. Any arrangement is made directly between you and the firm.

Request a filer account

Tell us about your business.

Filer accounts are set up by invitation. Each request is reviewed by a person, and we'll follow up at your work email.

Omni-Stance runs the directory only. It doesn't buy, lend against, or arrange financing for your receivables.

Do you have a UCC-1 financing statement on file?

Don't include your EIN, bank details, or invoice documents here. We'll ask for what's needed after the first review.
