Omni-Stance
FAQ

Funding partner FAQ

Common questions from invoice factors, asset-based lenders, receivables finance platforms, and supply chain finance providers about reviewing receivables on Omni-Stance.

What is Omni-Stance?

Omni-Stance is a directory of documented B2B invoice records. Each record shows the invoice details, supporting documents, linked UCC-1 filing references, the notices sent to the account debtor, the account debtor's responses, and an append-only history. Approved funding firms can review the records filers make available and contact those filers directly.

Who can get funding partner access?

Commercial funding firms: invoice factors, asset-based and secured lenders, receivables finance platforms, and supply chain finance providers. Every firm is verified by a person before access is issued.

Does it cost anything to apply or to get access?

No. Omni-Stance never charges a fee to apply for or receive partner access. If anyone asks you for a fee in Omni-Stance's name, don't pay it, and tell us.

What information is in a record?

The invoice number, account debtor, basis of the receivable, face amount, issue and due dates, when the first and last notices were sent, supporting documents, any linked UCC financing statements, account debtor responses, and the full history of the record.

How can I tell whether an account debtor has acknowledged an invoice?

Account debtor responses (acknowledged, disputed, or a request for information) appear in the record's history with the date, the responder's name and capacity, and a confirmation number. Records with no response show that too. Verify each receivable independently before funding.

Are UCC filings included?

Yes, where the filer has them. A record links to the UCC-1 financing statements that cover it, with the filing office, file number, filing and lapse dates, and a link to run your own lien search. Filing details come from public filing-office data.

Does Omni-Stance verify or guarantee the receivables?

No. Filers document their own records, and face amounts are shown as invoiced, not adjudicated. Omni-Stance is not a party to any record and doesn't represent that any receivable is collectible. Do your own diligence before funding.

Can filers see which funding partners are looking at their records?

No. A filer sees only how many partners are active on a record. When you message a filer, it sees your firm as an alias that's different for every filer. Your firm name is shown only after the filer confirms an appointment with you, and your email is never shown.

How do I contact a filer about a record?

From the partner portal, send a request for information or an appointment, or message the filer about the record. The filer replies in the portal, and you share contact details in the conversation only if you choose to.

Does Omni-Stance broker or arrange financing?

No. Omni-Stance does not buy, sell, lend, broker, or arrange financing. Any funding arrangement is made directly between your firm and the filer.

How is partner access secured?

Partners sign in with a password or a one-time email link, and can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. Every record you open is recorded in an access log.

What kinds of receivables are on Omni-Stance?

Business-to-business invoices owed by commercial account debtors, recorded by U.S. businesses, with UCC filing references from U.S. filing offices.
